MASKS: If asked, any of our stylists are willing to wearing a mask for your safety. Mask are not currently required for entry into the salon.
SANITATION: After every guest, both the shampoo and styling chairs and the client carts are sanitized with an anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal spray for extra precautions. Upon entry, we ask each guest to wash their hands, and the stylists will do the same. Each station is equipped with hand sanitizer. Throughout the day, we clean commonly used surfaces. We’ve also enabled contactless pay on our credit card system.
SOCIAL DISTANCING: Our stylist stations have always been 6 feet apart. While shampooing, we ensure that no two guests are seated next to each other to maintain the required distancing. Our team continues to work on staggered schedules and working on a single guest at a time, as we did prior to Covid-19. When a stylist is not booked or has finished early for the day, they will leave to minimize the number of people in the space. Lastly, we offer specialized requested appointments on Sundays and Mondays for those that are high risk.
SPACE: During this time, as a mask is required for each guest, beverage services are discontinued until further notice. We ask that each guest arrive at their scheduled time, not earlier, as each stylist must properly sanitize and clean prior to taking the next guest.
IF EXPOSED: If a guest has been exposed, please contact us immediately to cancel the upcoming appointment. An appointment may be rescheduled once a negative test result has been received. If a member of your household has tested positive, a secondary negative test for both members will be required before any appointments can be scheduled. This is to ensure the safety of our staff, as we work in close proximity, and to ensure the safety of any additional guests in the salon.
VACCINATION: We will not be asking to see proof of vaccinations, as masks will continue to be required. All of our stylist are vaccinated, you are welcome to ask for proof and we will share.
