EDUCATION
Our team attends monthly trainings to update and improve skills, as well as out of salon trainings throughout the year. We host advanced cutting, color, and styling classes open to all stylists from nationally and internationally recognized educators. Along with hosting unique, hands on, events to empower our guests to create new looks and styles at home.

IMPACT
Green centered space using sustainable beauty products, up cycled furniture and decorations, LED lighting, low VOC paint, air purifying greenery, use of natural cleaning products, along with a salon recycling partnership with Green Circle Salons. We are also a KWPB certified green business. In 2022, æffect hair partnered with 1% for the Planet, supporting environmental solutions.

We support and partner with small businesses in the community which allows us to carry locally created beverages, foods, local banking, hosting local events and referrals to specialist outside our skillset. Additionally we partner with local non-profit groups to help raise donations for causes we stand behind.
