NEW COLOR GUESTS
All new color guests must book a Color Consultation prior to scheduling their first color appointment. This will allow ample time to discuss desire outcomes with the stylist, a patch test to prevent any allergic reactions, and ensure correct booking of the color services and is a free 15 minute service.
A color consultation can also be scheduled within a New Guest Haircut appointment.
2026 UPDATED Booking policy
We require an up to date credit card to be on file when scheduling for all guests both new and returning. Appointment requests will not be approved prior to completion of the form sent via email. Online appointment requests will only be held for 24 hours while awaiting updated card information. This card will not be charged unless a client “no shows” for their scheduled appointment or cancels with less than 48 business hours notice.
